Platform Role
Bluver is a marketplace that connects customers with water suppliers and delivery partners.
Bluver itself does not manufacture, package, or own the water supplied.
User Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery details (address, contact number, access instructions).
Customers are responsible for receiving and safely handling heavy containers (e.g., 20L cans).
Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers must ensure quality and compliance with local water safety standards.
Timely delivery as per the order commitment is expected.
Delivery
Doorstep delivery is subject to provider capacity. In some cases, delivery may be limited to ground floor or building entrance.
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before the supplier confirms dispatch. (Refer to Cancellation Policy).
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions (Refer to Refund Policy).
Limitations
Bluver is not liable for delays, damages, or service interruptions caused by suppliers, transporters, or unforeseen circumstances.
Account & Usage
Users must not misuse the platform, create fake bookings, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Bluver reserves the right to suspend accounts for policy violations.
Updates
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
